@jimjam the Sound night club will be in the same building but will need to be gutted first. The reason for the total destruction is because the new night club is a total different layout. After Parkers closed down and the first night club was opened in Branwell's Mill (the Venue night club) the walls were cladded with 2x2 and then studded to make the walls even. The problem with that was that a void between the wall and the cladding exaggerated the acoustics making noise pollution outside. In fact a one point the void between the wall and the cladding was 18 .
Also most of the decoration was the original clubs some 20 years ago.
