Dangerous tree rounded up and set in a safety enclosure.
Penzance used to have three trees set up in the forecourt of 'St John's Hall', one centre court, the other two on the upper step. The smaller two reached above the eaves of the building. The main tree was enormous, and dwarfed the main building. The lights were profuse and many colours, we looked up at the tree, overawed.
