I'm sorry to hear that. I knew him as he lived in Madron. When I was a child his mother owned a little shop next to the garage at the corner of Aldreath Road. It was a wonderful little place. It smelled of leather shoelaces and paraffin. It's long gone now but I think that he lived in the house next door which was the residence of his mother and father when the shop was in operation. Mrs. Cock also taught me in Sunday School at Madron Methodist Chapel and his father did too. One of them played the organ but I can't for the life of me remember which one.
