The tiles are much earlier than the timber surround and hearth with its surround

The tiles are Rotterdam, perhaps 1670. The fireplace probably was installed 1875, the surround, perhaps 1890, it is difficult to make out specific design motifs, the hearth quarry tiles are also interesting. I would like to have seen more detailed pictures. I remember the kitchen in the SE wing had a particular quarry tile pattern, I think in a similar arrangement and colour? Just initial thoughts. There is a feeling of Arts and Crafts about it.
