Ah bless The PDC car park that wasn t used and just one more crime to add to the lets make the town look crappy campaign in the 60 s I like to call this crimes against Penzance volume 1
Still the Wharfside shopping centre has changed all that....(30 years on) Mind you they are making up for lost time with the car park charges :-x
