I have to say that I was impressed with the response that I received from the new authority, much more sympathetic and responsive than their previous counterparts. Biffa had driven through the street, emptying all but my bin; I complained by email to Truro. I had response from two offices, and Biffa made a special collection the next day. That is thousand times as fast as a response to previous complaints to their previous office, now known as the onestopshop.
