This smart group of policemen was taken on the steps in front of St John's Hall possibly during the Second World War as my grandfather Edward Vivien Keast was in the special police force during that time.
I think this photo was taken in the early years of WWII. I can identify two officers at the extreme right of the second row from the top. The officer with a mustache is Sergeant Locke and next to him is Constable Sidney Eddy.
