A bit before my time really but I understand she was refloated only to go aground again on the Mount where she was slowly dismantled with the parts being brought ashore in barges in PZ harbour, which I just about remember. Bits of her can still be seen by the Mount harbour. She was en route to the breakers and being towed by a tug when the tow-line parted.
