Wasn t this vessel designed to extract tin from the seabed??
From 1964 to 1971, I and others made our way out of this dificult to navigate estuary to earn our living as Craydivers. We were lambasted by local fishermen, treated with derision by others, but guess what? No fish merchant in the area ever turned down our catches. The Bar was and I am sure is a nasty place to sail out of. Mayhaps if one day we can post videos, I will put some up of us divers.
