In and around the desert areas are these Triliths . They are thought to be pre-Bronze Age, but nobody really knows. They are not the same as the Bronze Age Boat Graves found in the area. In fact nobody really knows the reason why these stones were erected (a bit like Stonehenge really). Some say Waymarkers, others Date markers - who knows??
