Certainly not, it is just like Glenn Miller s String of Pearls; it was soooo peaceful and empty, it was as if a meeting had been cancelled. Thanks too (blush); I love this town.
I love this picture.....excellent capture! laugh# are you saying that Blackpool looks like Penzance? with the capture of a beautiful lighted prom. I m only asking as never been to Blackpool!
There was a furore over the simplicity of the lights along the front; however, I feel that Blackpool is in the right place, not here; I was struck by The Third Man illumination of the paving; all done without safety nets, too; just propped on a railing and given a time exposure.
