A 39-year-old man has been charged with murder after another man was stabbed in Penzance.
It follows an attack on Peter Walsh, 45, on Sunday afternoon at a house in Penare Road in the Lescudjack area of the town.
Mr Walsh, from Penzance, died from his injuries in the early hours of Monday, police said.
The alleged attacker is due to appear before Truro magistrates later in the morning.
Police said officers from the Cornwall Major Crime Investigation Team were continuing their investigations.
