Recall to prison for Leo Harkins Police in West Cornwall are seeking a 29 year-old man called Leo Harkins who has breached the terms of his release licence. Harkins has failed to comply with the conditions of his early release. Harkins was recently released from prison after serving a term of imprisonment for assault. However, he failed to comply with the terms of his licence and Devon and Cornwall probation service issued a prison recall making him arrestable on sight. Devon and Cornwall police are proactively following a number of lines of enquiry to ascertain his current location. Police intend to arrest and return him to prison once he has been located. Harkins is described as a white European man, 5ft 10in tall, with a tanned complexion, a stocky build, with short dark hair and a stud piercing in his left eyebrow. He has links to Camborne, Pool and the St Ives areas. Police are appealing for anyone who has had recent contact with him or has had a sighting to call police on 08452 777444 or by calling Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111 and quote police log 465 100710.
