    So, for the "South West" there will be 63 new ambulances, to be spread around 96 stations. No mention of recruiting the extra staff required to operate these ambulances. So are these "new ambulances" just going to replace existing ambulances that are worn out? or are they just going to sit there to cover break-downs?
