This is about 10.45am. 11th Aug., 1999, as people gathered at Castlegate near Castle an Dinas and Nancledra to witness the 'eclipse of the eclipse'! An overcast sky and rain spoilt our fun though the encroaching darkness at that time of the day was quite impressive!

Alverton had a half-decent view, as the clouds drifted by on the edge. Clearing the discs at the right moment; such a hush. Eerie and awesome.
