Paul Knight-Malciak often took on the role of lead singer for ballads such as 'Ink Blot Clouds', partially leaving the rest of the band to supply the instrumentals. He is capable of powerful, emotive, soulful vocals but often supplies harmonies. His guitar-playing talent has been used to lay down tracks for a French Pop Idol winner's album produced in Paris. He knows how to let rip in a Jimmy Hendrix-inspired guitar solo and, before Ben joined the band, he also played keyboards.
