My brother arrived the previous day in a blizzard with a nephew, son of another brother over from Australia, outside my old mother's house in Belgravia Street.
We were home from Australia too, we d been away for 10 days, up as far as Scotland, snow there but nothing in England, but very cold. We hit snow around Truro, but managed to get to St Just, which was a relief for my mum, us being home safe. Our children had a great time in the snow, first time for them.
@tabtab: No, I went in there nearly every day to visit my old mother but she was living in No 1 New St. before that which was our family home before we all flew the nest.
