Photogenic. I cannor help wondering if this is to be a restaurant/office; how many cars/vehicles will it be able to cater for? Either the clientele will visit by a hefty woodent staircase, or run the gauntlet of the un-edged sea wall. So they either get breathless or wet?? Or will there be a HSE sign that states the risk must be acceptable?
