Built c1868 by Perkins, Caldwell and Caldwell; The lion motif on the blind-boxes is exactly the same as the firm used on Stewart's Buildings; John Perkins lived at Nr 1 Albert Terrace and the Caldwell family lived Nr 8 Albert Terrace.
