This was a pub before 1970. It was my Dad s local up until the Landlady/Landlord, Sylvia and Evan Ball left for the Pirate Alverton in the early 80 s

Alexandra Private Hotel This was named, or at least the road was, after Queen Alexandra, wife of Edward VII and daughter of King Christian IX Denmark). 1947. 1955. 1963. Alexandra Inn Alexandra Road. 1978. 2000.
