You were asking about the date of build ... the terrace shows on a photograph I have of 1890, but it is not on the 1875 OS map. There has been so much alteration over the years, that the original work is near lost, so I could not say if it was all built at the same time, or as a progressive build as many terraces were. The workshop and cottage next to it are much older.
