I quite like the collection of post-modern mini-posters, provided they are not on every lamp-post; Is that The Blues Band of John Mayall and the Blues Band?

I rather think it s the band formed by Paul Jones and Tom McGuinness, both formerly of Manfred Mann. Wasn t Mayall s band called Bluesbreakers ?

Yep! Paul Jones band came to mind first with me. They played here back at the time of the one and only Maritime festival in Penzance.

John Mayall had so many line-ups, I think you are right; my memory ain t what it should be; John Mayall was the ONLY Brit with any real sense of Blues. Next in line for non US Blues is Dzem, the great Polish band.
