I should have described them as Pods which hold the seeds.
These trees are also known as the Upside down tree because the branches resemble roots. They can grow very large, in South Africa there are one of these trees into which they have built a ouse and a pub!The seeds can range in size from 3 to 9 high and up to 6 wide. The inside lining holding the actual seeds can be made into Cream of Tarter, the seeds can be roasted and make a kind of coffee and the seeds can be taken raw to help an upset tummy. laugh# laugh#
