yes a red led flashing new bollard or prevention for cars/vans etc to stop them driving down causewayhead, they now have to push a button on the silver post to the right of the pic and wait for it go green then the bollard will be automatically lowered. dont know about any of you but I have seen quite a few cars and taxis driving up from the bottom of causewayhead of late.
