These signs are clearly displayed at the top entrance to Causewayhead in Penzance. It's remarkable how many people on discovering the entrance gate hasn't been closed openly flaunt their disregard for them to the anguish of all the elderly and disabled folk who like to take advantage of the supposed traffic free zone. I myself find that the absence of engine noise on Friday and Saturday creates a perfect ambience for me to sing songs to further enhance the experience for these old folks who certainly deserve more respect. I spoke to a poolice officer while he was sat in his car outside the Savoy cinema on 21st April 2010. He said that it was not the responsibility of the police to see that Causewayhead remains traffic free according to these road signs.
