This happy soul is collecting coins for the St John's Ambulance. Who is he?

i noticed a picture of a man dressed up as a clown obviously doing some fund raising and it asks who he is?well i think he was a man called Donald Yeoman who was a well know fund raiser in the town and more often than not sat outside Woolworth when i worked there,,10 years ago now, or millets just down a bit from woolies.Sadly Donald passed away a few years ago now but i knew him to be a lovely man who had a good heart and genuinely loved what he did for the good of children's charities etc.he was popular and well loved by a lot of locals having collected tirelessly over many years.He was there in all kinds of weather too, bless his soul.Hope that helps trelawnybird!!
