Way back then Duffy was my nickname, one of the teachers called me it after I wore a Duffy coloured jumper to school. Don t know how he came up with that description for a colour? laugh# laugh#
I read today that Neil Birchenough died on the 22nd October 2009 in Angola.
I just want to say that he was one of my boyhood/early teenage friends and I want to mark his passing with my fondest memories of our early boyhood snorkelling/scuba times.
I lost touch with him many years ago, but the news of his death fills me with sorrow as it is another notch in those lost to me in the column of my life progression.
Good views to you Neil, you strode your own path and many of us are the better for it.
