Next best thing to a pasty

Now that looks very tasty....but I can say that I have never tasted a Bacon,egg and tomato pie.....

I have to agree, now that looks like a pie i'd like to try, come on Sparky get that recipe page started, and Welb1931, I want the recipe!!!!

Make pastry as you would for a pasty..lay in dish and put one layer of baconin small slices arrange tomatoes on top of bacon and the cover with beaten eggs(5).season and place pastry on top - bake 350 for 45 mins.....ENJOY !!!!
