I d say.. he was just a tad too big....is that railway lines I see in the pic, do you not have barriers to stop traffic when train is coming like we do?
There are flashing lights and ringing bells, some crossings have barriers a lot of drivers ignor the warnings resulting in some nasty scenes
perhaps you also notice the absence of fencing of the rail tracks - dangerous places here !
