Mez Creis fished from Poole for many years before being withdrawn from fishing.
According to Defra listings she moved away from Poole in 1996.
1996 DEFRA list in Lymington; RSS Nr A21603; not in 1997 list.
She spent a long time in Penryn on the River Fal;
then on to Newlyn having been converted to a house / sailing boat,
retaining her wheelhouse and with the addition of tall masts and sails.
She then moved to Penzance and was renamed Constant.

Strange! I thought it was Bluebird! Seriously though, I am unsure of the meaning of this name the spelling of which looks a bit like across between Breton and Cornish: Mez (or mes ) could be but in Cornish, or hydromel according to my Breton/French dictionary (water honey? mead?) and creis could be kres which has the meanings (...) Suggestions please!
 
Quick dig around comes up with ... ‘me a gray laquat da ymaich e creis ma pales.’ is an old Breton translation from the story of Ezekiel; it means And I shall cause your tongue to cling to your palate ; so my guess is honey tongue
