P-side

Outside Philp's bakery in Hayle. Evidently a boundary marker, though for what I don't know.
It appears that this is one of the as yet undetermined boundary stones, Nick Cahill does not even mention this one specifically; maybe surmise Penpol one side and Trevithick the other? Personally I would need to examine the top and other two sides, and to relate it in measurements to others that are identified. Sometimes older inscriptions get cut back to add new ones, sometimes there are inscriptions that have been worn by time. This does look to be very much from the times of war at Hayle.

Could the P stand for Phillack after the several long running disputes over the Phillack/St Erth boundary?

Nick was/is part of the CAU, well respected and prolific researcher. There was indeed a protracted difference of opinion over Phillack and St Erth bounday ... but why T ? I cannot remember the orientation or exact position of this. It would need to be plotted and dated.
