Must have been an extraordinary job when the Dry Dock had to be cut again the opposite way to the original; after all, they had to cut across the rock, not in between the fingers of the shoreline.
If I remember on Friday I ll take a photo from dock bottom showing the end of the dock by the road, this goes partly under the drive in, in front of the office, this was dug out in the last 10-15 years, I ll try and find out when exactly.
