Coastguard Crescent off Britons Hill

I am confused by the fact that starting by going up Britons Hill you then have Thornbury Tce on your left and Lescudjack Terrace on your right, which then becomes Penare Road, and after the crossroads which turns right into Castle Road, the Mews is on the left, then Penare House and then Penare Gardens, but on the right you are still in Penare Road until you reach the Rec! Confusing!

Yes, I suppose it would be, for those of more advanced years! Seriously, some great shots of what must have been a lovely spring evening s walk.

No less confusing for the enumerator and postal deliveries of the time. I am trying to identify some names of the period, and just when they came into being as we know them now. Numbering changed overnight as did occupancy.
