I am in the process of researching the entire history of the House from 1170. This is in some way linked to the history of the Manor of Alverton. It requires some considerable delving into family history and into wider historical events. I have just about completed the matter of ownership up until 1927; please can anyone assist with the ownership and occupation since 1927. From 1960 it has been a YHA.
