Down Cape - 10 - Ground Cover Colour.

It is ALL here.
Foxglove [any tall plant genus Digitalis],
Bramble[any thorny shrub of the rose/dog rose or berry, esp blackberry],
Briar/Brier [prickly bush esp wild rose],
Bracken/Brake [any coarse fern or a mass of such Fern],
Fern [any flowerless plant order Filicopsida, spread by spore] ,
Heather [any evergreen shrub of Calluna vulgaris or other related Ericacae/Erica on heath or moor],
Furse/Gorse [fyrs Old English - any spiny yellow shrub order Ulex, high germanic gersta.]
Taken by my brother.
This is the ground cover through which he had to walk.

Whenever I encounter this sort of cover I immediately feel at home.
 
This is totally amazing, all natural, all set out exactly as nature chooses. Besides it offers other wildlife proper protection and cover.
