Two new 5th columnists found on corners.
Mystery pillars.
Recently appeared, one top Alexandra Road;
one corner of Penponds.
They are manufactured by Glasdon, and are modelled on their standard bollard design.
They do not appear to have locks, but are rivet studs.
They do not appear to have anything to do with lighting, electric, water, telephone, fibre optics. They do not appear to have anything 'taken to them'; they appear to have been placed over something that was there before.
One is on a concrete base in grass, the other is on a bitmac base on a pavement.
Traffic flow sensors?
Any knowledge or ideas?
