I heard it as a kid on the radio and Sh*@ myself with fright.... Looking back it was a marvel of the time. Am I showing my age here remembering Sparky and the magic piano?
Came out first in early 1940s following the invention of the Vocorder, the record (a total classic, in terms of listening and of morals and respect) carried on through the 1950s ... I make no judgement on your age showing, just the strength of the effect of that record. Goes to show ....
