From the harbour bed (very squelchy).
The roll wheels are in Dry Dock (thanks to symons55 for the information).
The road edge is very ragged, the bolt hole is full of rubbish.
There is a loose block (Nr 167), which is clearly appreciated by a pigeon.
The concrete wall is very rough.
I can only assume that these bearing blocks (for the bridge, when acting as road) will be cleared and the surfaces tidied.
