Polwithen grounds c1925; Kings Road at the bottom of the picture; one of the first houses built in this area (Green Bank Weeths had been nearly completed) as the house in the lower left corner of the picture, for Frederick G Drewitt (probably the reason the picture was taken). Polwithen House was then a school. There may be some more pictures yet to find.
