Trannack Furrows

Lower Trannack Farm - freshly furrowed field (1960).
Weird shape tree I know - it was the opposition of the ordered rows of furrows, the healthy trees and this rotten decayed disfigured tree in the middle that struck me, almost a figure from one of le Corbusiers sketch books or a character from a Marvel comic (Marvel rules - ok?). I guess no seed, therefore no birds?

I despair ... at least it is recorded as to the green and pleasant land we once had.

Is it me, or do the furrows seem smaller and closer together than the ones they plough nowadays?

I was actually in the field, these furrows are closer together; I think that this was an anenome field.
