Thank you . I regret that a part of that development came off my drawing board, but I fought tooth and nail with the developers to ensure that the trees were maintained and increased. It was at that point when NHBRC came into being and I had the hideous realisation of just how little was known about trees by Estate agents, etc. They wanted the lot removed.
It was the beginning of The Rot. From then on it was the loss of Common Sense and Discussion to the point where we are now, a mindless moronic bunch of Rule Kneelers. I reckon they were all bending down when God handed out the brains.
