Even though every trip to town includes a visit to Woolies, we rarely look at or buy anything other than children s clothes or toys for Christmas/Birthdays. In a shop that sells a random crosssection of items, what do you all buy there that can t be bought elsewhere, and for cheaper?
Ditto here. There have been closure scares before that have thrown people into a panic. I think that random cross-section covers the goods for sale very well. Personally, there are far too many toys there recently, but on the whole I have always been glad to have the opportunity to buy household goods, hardware and painting supplies (albeit limited stock) without having to leave the town. It s a shame that they seem to have relied on bringing in money from sales of CDs, without realising that i-tunes would have a drastic effect on that sector.
