It is not so much the lack of supporting evidence, but the promotion of the greatest misconception of all. For some reason, known only to certain individuals, the furore surrounds 'battery beach'. Others refer to Battery as if it is a physical entity other than that which now foots the World War I Memorial. It is all as flawed as any argument or standpoint can possibly be. The open discussion here on line will be ONLY facts and SUPPORTED by logic, reason and evidence. That is the plan.
