This interesting building next to the Pavillion used to be toilets apparently.
If you look at the granite commemorative panel, it will tell you when the site was given to the public, and that is when the toilet block was first erected. Predates the Pavilion.
 
There is a large loft above the toilets. I seem to remember pigeons being kept in it by the owner of the dairy behind the the Bath Inn. 1960 s so the memory is distant
 
I dashed behind the scaffolding the other day when works were ongoing to get some photographs. Just look at those eaves details; not Gothic, but what has become known as American Film Gothic. Alexandra Grounds stone uploaded in Dave Clarke.
 
The dairy refered to by Chillywilly was in Cornwall Terrace kept by a Mrs White later taken over by her daughter Pearl there were two little shops there, the yard behind was kept by various people on the opposite side used to be Bonds Post Office - many moons ago !!!!
