Standard Navy anchor, could be off any ship, either lost in these waters or the ship itself was lost here. I would hope the anchor had a provenance held at the complex - so many ships have been lost on these cliffs. It does not look to be that old - earliest 1950. Anchors are not a subject of mine - I suggest that you ask the complex via mail. These things should be documented, otherwise it is pointless displaying them in this fashion.
Looks like a Byers pattern anchor of around 1940, but not necessarily of that date; more often than not used on the larger RN ships, such as HMS Ark Royal - her anchors were 190 cwt.
