Lord Mayors Visit to Penzance

I love this picture... sorry I can t help out with the year, I would only be guessing and that s not the thing to do.

1909—March 3, 4 and 16. Fall of Snow.
June 2. Visit of the Lord Mayor (Sir George Wyatt Truscott) and Sheriffs of London, when the former unveiled the memorial to Dr. Hugh Montgomerie at the West Cornwall Infirmary.
