William Bollom Ludlow Carbines and Florence Peake Rigby - unsure of location - they were frequent visitors to Penare Road - but this could be much further afield - it's just such a nice picture!
To help date the picture the motorbike has a Girder folk to the front wheel. This was common from 1934 this is not to be mistaken with the Trailing Link Fork as this had no spring suspension.
Really can t say registration locations is a weak point.... typically most registrations in those days were two letters followed by three digits..... early days
I used to have a couple of books that set out the registrations over the years, handy for dating and placing pictures, that was until they were borrowed, never saw them again.
My old AA book says this is City and County of Dublin - part of UK system then I would imagine, so could have moved anywhere and kept the registration. Could well be 1920 era, basket sidecars may have fallen out of favour by then.
