Also the registration "C" on the replica would have been registered between August 1985 and July 1986. So the date of the photo is bang on

It looks like a Cheltenhan & Glouster building society behind the vehicle.Currently there appears to be only two branches in Cornwall,one in Church Street St Austell,pretty sure its not that one, and one in Pydar Street Truro.I am not sure when all the development took place to the shops on the corner of Pydar street/High Cross but it could be a contender!
