Euproctis similis, I would say, a moth, Yellow Tail. Been identified since 1775, but in common with many Lymantriidae, do not touch the hairs, they have a protection system which irritates sensitive skin. Difficult to get in sharp focus, quite a challenge.
original image is pretty sharp but after a few crops lost a little focus, could not get as close to subject as would have liked as it was the other side of fence along embankment.
