Which Church, which sculpture, which angel, which artisan or sculptor?

I'm guessing this depicts Archangel Michael? I'm also guessing that by the way the angel is holding the sword (so it looks like a cross) and the way the hand is extended, this depicts the Devil being asked to repent, perhaps? Roughly how big would you say this is?
